    Full-Time Teller
    This is a full-time/non-exempt position with a Saturday rotation. Hours per week will be 40.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Promote business for the Bank by providing a superior level of customer relations and service within assigned branch and the Bank
    • Responsible for assisting customers with the processing of retail and commercial deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, withdrawals, selling and redemption of savings bonds, and all other transactions requiring processing assistance
    • Perform routine branch and customer service duties, including safe deposit
    • Protect the interest of the bank and minimize loss through adherence to security measures and other policies and procedures
    • Refer customers to appropriate personnel for new services
    • Assist in attaining established bank and branch goals through active participation in incentive and referral programs
    • Must be active in cross-selling the Bank's products and services
    • Perform clerical duties
    • Assist in other branches in assigned region as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school diploma, GED or equivalent business experience
    • Cash handling and customer service experience
    • Proficient use of a computer with knowledge of Windows based software
    • Excellent customer service skills and willingness to assist customers with a variety of service needs
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, work well in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information
    • High degree of accuracy
    • Ability to work branch hours to include weekends
    • Good credit a must

     

     

    Branch Operations Specialist
    This is a full-time/non-exempt position. Hours per week will be 40.

    Responsible for assisting and supporting the Branch Operations Officer, manaing the branch during the absense of the Operations Officer, while focusing on customer retention and developing new relationships.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide positive leadership, training and supervision to personnel within the assigned branch
    • Ensure service standards are met within assigned branch and the bank
    • Ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures
    • Protect the interest of the Bank and minimize loss through adherence to security measures and other policies and procedures
    • Inspect interior and exterior of branch daily to ensure a safe and well-maintained facility
    • Coach and train branch personnel to achieve incentive goals and increase referral activity
    • Assist in attaining established bank and branch goals through active participation in incentive and referral programs
    • Coach employees in assigned region regularly to achieve goals
    • During the absence of the Branch Operations Officer, perform direct supervisory duties of branch staff
    • Perform any and all duties within the branch as needed
    • Provide input and assist the Branch Operations Officer in preparation of employee performance appraisals
    • Prepare loan packages for Loan Officer, Regional Manager or Loan Committee review and close loans upon approval
    • Prepare and conduct, or delegate branch weekly sales meetings
    • Review and approve employee incentive forms quarterly
    • Assist the Branch Operations Officer in preparation of quarterly branch narrative
    • Attend meetings as required
    • Perform Notary Public duties, as licensed
    • In instances where no bank officers are present, authorize transactions and sign cashier's checks in excess of normal dollar limits
    • Perform proper branch opening and closing procedures
    • Assist other branches in assigned region as needed
    • Respond to alarms as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Associates Degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience to include some banking
    • Strong interpersonal communication, both written and oral
    • Customer service skills are a must
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
    • Must have a positive outlook, be flexible and be a contributing member of our team
    • Good credit a must

     

     

    Commercial Loan Servicing Representative
    This is a full-time/non-exempt position. Hours per week will be 40.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • General external and internal customer assistance
    • Generates and/or reviews loan closing/modification documentation as applicable for commercial loans, SBA loans, participation loans, lines of credit, time notes, checkloans and letters of credit based on approved terms and conditions
    • Works closely with attorneys, commercial lenders, credit administration, deposit operations, appraisers, and other related personnel as needed for loan processing, maintenance and/or troubleshooting
    • Reviews commercial loan packets for accuracy and completeness
    • Performs input of new and modified loan account data into BancPac
    • Reviews and mails computer generated commercial loan invoices and notices
    • Monitors all commercial loan closing exceptions until rectified
    • Performs UCC lien searches and new UCC lien filings with NY State Dept. of State
    • Monitors all existing UCC filings and performs continuations as required
    • Customer financial data tracking
    • Scanning and indexing of consumer and commercial financial statements, tax returns, rent rolls and other financial data
    • Scanning and indexing of all miscellaneous commercial loan data
    • Performs aircraft lien searches and filings with FAA and International Registry
    • Review and follow up of commercial insurance cancellations
    • Performs CIF account affiliations, additions, deletions and modifications as necessary
    • Performs commercial line of credit advances
    • Generates Commercial Line of Credit Report monthly
    • Generates Over 250 Report and Classified Loan Report quarterly
    • Generates SBA 1502 report monthly
    • Generates financial statement request letters and line of credit renewal letters
    • Orders and tracks all outside commercial appraisal requests
    • Maintains the confidentiality of credit and customer information
    • Generates Baker Hill Reports, collateral reports, debt service coverage ratios, debt to income ratios, credit reports and other requested data in support of loan review
    • Provides backup and support to the Commercial Mortgage Servicing Representative
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Provides support to Credit Analyst at direction of Commercial Servicing Manager

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Previous commercial experience preferred
    • General understanding of PC with Windows based software
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and phone skills
    • Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal effectively with various people and situations
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, work well in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information
    • Good credit a must
