Kevin Buhrmaster is responsible for developing new deposit and loan business for the Eastern Area Offices of 1st National. He is in charge of two offices of the bank, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently. In his new position, he looks forward to "working with existing 1st National customers and meeting new ones within Albany County in order to help them achieve their financial goals."
Kevin has been a part of the 1st National team for 11 years, most recently serving as Vice President and Branch Manager. He enjoys working at 1st National because "the bank offers customers a local banking alternative with creative and personalized solutions to their financial needs."
In addition to his business commitments, Kevin Buhrmaster is also an active member with the Colonie Chamber of Commerce, Capital District Business Leaders, and the Joan Nicole Price Home.
February 5, 2013 - Teresa A. Freeman - Regional Manager
Teresa Freeman is responsible for developing new deposit and loan business for the Western Area Offices of 1st National. She is in charge of five offices of the bank, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently. In her new position, she hopes to "utilize my experiences in customer relations to further develop deposit relationships for the bank and help each branch exceed their goals."
Teresa has been a part of the 1st National team for 25 years, most recently serving as Vice President and Regional Manager for our Eastern Area Offices. She enjoys working at 1st National because the bank offers a unique experience to our customers, "we are dedicated to personalized customer service, allowing us to stand out from other community banks."
In addition to her business commitments, Teresa Freeman is also an active member in the Schenectady, Guilderland and Albany-Colonie Chambers, Rotterdam Business Association, NESCA, Ten Club and the Altamont Ladies Auxiliary.
February 5, 2013 - Kenneth W. Swain, III - Business Banking Officer
Ken Swain is responsible for the sales and implementation of products and services targeted at business customers. He will manage the overall business banking relationship of current customers and be responsible for expanding new customer relationships. In his new position, he hopes to "create a greater awareness of the vast array of products and services that we offer to both current and prospective business clients".
Ken has been a part of the 1st National team for 20 years, most recently serving as Vice President and Regional Manager. In today's competitive financial environment, "there are many institutions that offer banking solutions, however providing superior service and consistent customer satisfaction is something that I feel community banks are able to excel in. We provide all of the products and services that our larger competitors offer at a fair price and most importantly, with a personalized touch".
In addition to his business commitments, Ken Swain is also an active member with Scotia Rotary, Scotia Business Improvement District, Scotia Relief Association, Glenville Business and Professional Association and the Scotia United Methodist Church.
